Sabina Bhattarai
Mental Health Practitioner
I hold my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I am in my fourth year of training to become a Gestalt psychotherapist and am certified in Inner Child Healing, equipping me to help individuals explore and heal early emotional experiences. Over the past three years, I have worked in individual counseling, SEL programs, school counseling, and mental health awareness initiatives, supporting clients across diverse age groups and backgrounds.

Sushmita Rajopadhya
Counseling Psychologist and USUI Reiki Certified Practitioner
I am Susmita Rajopadhya, a Counseling Psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Expressive Art Therapy (EAT). I am currently running a Gestalt Psychotherapy practice as well.

Shripa Pradhan
Indigenous Feminist and Mental Health & Narrative Practitioner
I work closely with marginalized communities through an intersectional feminist lens. With a background in Social Work, Psychology, and a current Master’s in Counseling Psychology, I integrate Narrative Practices into my work, focusing on storytelling as a tool for resilience and healing. My role as Exhibition Coordinator for the Sajha Dhago exhibition allowed me to showcase the stories of survivors through art, emphasizing cultural and healing-focused themes. I have extensive experience in communication strategy development, project management, and multimedia editing, with a strong skill set in website and social media management.

Ganesh Maya Shrestha
Counseling Psychologist
I am Ganesh Maya Shrestha, a counselling psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Tribhuwan University. I have been serving as a senior counselor at The Leprosy Mission Nepal for fifteen years, providing dedicated support to individuals and communities affected by leprosy. My work reflects a strong commitment to mental health, rehabilitation, and compassionate care. My therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Expressive Therapy.
